This category is for questions about the workspace, simulations, results, and anything that isn’t working as expected.
Before posting
Try searching the community first. Someone may have already asked the same question.
When creating a topic, include:
- What you’re trying to accomplish.
- What happened, and what you expected instead.
- Which part of Intent you’re using.
- Any relevant steps that could help reproduce the issue.
- A screenshot, if it helps and contains no sensitive information.
Use a descriptive title, such as “Simulation results aren’t loading” rather than “Help needed”.
Protect your information
Never post passwords, API keys, access tokens, private customer data, or confidential simulation results.
For account-specific or sensitive issues, contact support@intent.am instead of sharing details publicly.
